While suffering in pain from kidney stones tried to fill a prescription. Was told by associate “We don’t have that medication here!” Another associate in the back of pharmacy also shouted “We don’t have that medication here!” In a rude voice. No one tried to help. No empathy, no politeness, horrible customer service here.

The employees are always pleasant and you know that other customers take them for granted. They are willing to stop and help you find anything you can't even the pharmacy staff will come out and help you.

Having to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru line is crazy, last time it was 30 minutes. WHY IS THE OTHER LANE NOT OPEN? I will look into transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I didn't want to give 1 star but that's the only way I could post.

CVS has an automated call system, by far the worst system to work with. I just might have to start mail ordering scripts thru my health insurance, definitely less headache.

Very poor service with the automated recording. tried different times today March 12, 2021 and never could get past that recording. Only way I could finally get through was to do like I was calling from a doctor's office. Otherwise I would have had to go to CVS to refill my meds. I will complain to Silverscript. Seems like they could do better than to give us a pharmacy that can't provide a service to refill your meds over the phone. After all we are still paying for this.
