I was hesitant about switching my service until I picked up the phone and had a conversation with Cassandra. I know a lot of people have the cricket service but I knew nothing about it. Cassandra was very knowledgeable and a great salesman who convinced me to switch. I’m happy with the switch and she helped me save money and gain benefits for a better service.
