I brought my kids there we fill out all the paperwork we were there to get checkout for a accident sit 45 mins and then told us we can't be seeing because the x-ray tech wasn't in I said ok I still want them to get checked out they call me in the back to basically explain to me that they were refusing me service then I asked when will your x-ray tech will be back they didn't know, I really feel like they were racist.

I will never be visiting this office again after my most recent visit with my child. Firstly the staff had the rooms and charts mixed up. Secondly , I overcharged my copay even though the copay is literally posted on my insurance card. Fast forward, going a month and a half later, 4 phone calls.. I have still not been refunded the overage. Love how they expect payment at time of service yet can not follow up on their error in a timely manner. This is one location where customer needs are not met and they do what is convenient for them. I've already received my EOB that states I am only responsible for my copay yet still not resolved.

Very long wait. The Dr. came in for less than a minute and just walked out. A while later the nurse came and said we were finished. I asked what the Dr said and she replied that everything was OK.

I only have excellent things to say about urgent care. I’ve been seeing them for quite some time now friendly service, friendly people, and as much as it crazy to see the patients as well has been respectful and friendly to they help out in so many ways. The nurses and doctors are splendid I enjoy my time every time I go.

As I do appreciate the kindness and courteous attitude of the staff. I’ve gone in multiple times for repeat infections. Including one where the laughed when I re caught strep since no one advised me to change my toothbrush. Didn’t remember this common knowledge due to not having strep in years. But it would wind up being a nightmare 5 infections later all of strep to now be suffering with penicillin resistant strep. A lot of work was missed from being put on a minimum dose not even recommended for an adult multiple times. How much money, and time do people have to sacrifice to get better? I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you have strep it kinda feels like they just wanna give you penicillin and get you out.

I took my granddaughter to the checkpoint in Opelousas. I paid $150.00 to have her seen and the prescription that they gave her didn’t cure her. When I called them back they told me to bring her back for another $150.00. I don’t trust them to care for her anymore. We will not be returning to Checkpoint in Opelousas and I caution you as well.

When I went to checkPoint urgent care, I was greeted by a really sweet receptionist. The wait was not long at all and the clinic was kept really clean. I came in with cold symptoms, and after all my testing came back the NP came in to see me. She was really awesome and I was feeling better in no time! The staff truly cares for their patients. This place is quick but also efficient in providing the best possible care to all of its patients! I’m glad I came here.

I literally stood at the front desk for at least 25-30 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the front desk. The lady finally comes to the front desk after i had been standing there for the longest and tells me they’re not seeing any more patients.. like you serious bruh ??

Do yourself a favor —GO to a medical doctor’s office or to the emergency room! This entire staff is full of BS! Dr. Vu (I think that’s her name) is a total quack! I went in on Thursday night. I complained of a sore throat, runny nose, fever, and overwhelming fatigue. She totally blew off my symptoms and said it was just allergies. I asked her what about my sore throat and fever, she said to spray my nose with Flonase. FYI… I’m laying in my bed with Covid. On my own, I went home to take Robitussin cough, cold, and flu which helped with body aches and Allegra-D during the day to help with congestion. I really want my $70 back that I paid for this damn visit! DO NOT GO HERE… GO FIND A DOC’s OFFICE WITH REGUAR HOURS.

The lady at the front desk and the nurse were both really great and friendly. However, Donna the NP, was horrible. She walked in and never introduced herself. She left the door open on my room. She didn't ask me any questions about my symptoms nor did she explain what was going on. All she did was tell me some OTC medicine to take. She stayed in the room for no more than a minute.

First time in an urgent care and last. I see why they say urgent cares are killing people. Waste of time and money. Didn’t check or look at anything. Had a sore throat, ear ache, sinus pressure and mucus. Didn’t believe me and told me wait a few days to see if it got worse then come back. Last time I checked you weren’t supposed to wait until you couldn’t get out of bed to see a “doctor”
