This is Wydell Chatagnier speaking on behalf of my handicap son Jacob Romero. My son that is handicap that cant talk and my wife went to at&t to get his internet cancelled because he was moving from his grandmothers house to mine. The lady at at&t asked us if we wanted to transfer the internet to his new home. The only way would could do that was through direct tv is what the lady from at&t told us. So the lady at at&t signed us up for direct tv. So with that the lady enrolled us up for direct tv I called to see when they were coming to set up the internet and was then told on the phone that they didnt service our area so we cancelled direct tv and shouldnt have to pay the bill because the only reason we signed up for direct tv was because we were told by at&t that we would have internet at the new address. We were lied to. So we called Direct tv account number 317639921 phone number 18002882020 and told them what happened and they dropped the bill but they want us to pay 115 dollars for inconvenience fee. it was not them that was inconvenienced it was us, damage to my house and a dish in the middle of my yard that i want removed. They have since sent Jacob Romeros name in for collection. Credence reference number 265432534 account number 317639921 .This is wrong and they know it to try to take advantage of a handicap person.

the lady working there lied to my face saying that financing a phone will help build credit and not I HAVE TO PAY $50 to return it because she lied to me do not go here they will make u go out side and lie and say they do not have masks they are incredibly unprofessional and they do not know anything about what they are doing

This has been the most pleasant in store experience I have ever had at an AT&T and I have been a customer for over 12 years. I was meant at the door on yesterday by the representative named Blair. He was so helpful in walking my family and I through our old plan and giving us options and also letting us know we qualified for a teacher appreciation discount because I am a teacher. I was coming in to get a new iPhone as mine was ancient and it was time for an upgrade. I was able to trade in my old iPhone and because of the good condition received a very great deal on the trade in. Overall the representatives were so kind and helpful. The environment was clean and all representatives were helping other families. This experience raises the bar 100% to what I expect!
