One of the staff members was complaining very rudely about a man sitting & taking space in the parking lot. That man was my husband. I assumed she didn’t realize he was with me, so I told her & she still didn’t apologize. Instead tried to blame it on another customer complaining about it but I never heard another customer complain, and I don’t know why they would. There was still places to park. I should’ve just left then because when I got to check out, she claimed I needed to have a physical copy of my cosmo license. I’ve never needed one before as long as I had my L# and drivers license to match. I tried to show her on the state-board website but it was taking forever to load on my phone, as I didn’t have a signal. I asked if she could look it up on the computer, or look at the screen shot I had of my receipt from my license renewal which had all the same information on it, she said no. So you mean tell me, if I lost or damaged that little paper & had job to do, I wouldn’t be able to purchase products in that week or so it takes to get a new one? 10 years in this industry and It’s never been an issue before. If that is really your company policy, that’s fine but you’re isolating a lot of potential customers by making them have a paper copy of something you could quickly look up on your computer. I don’t carry that around for the same reasons I don’t carry around my birth certificate.Anyway, I’d rather make the extra drive to Lafayette and go where I feel welcomed.

The staff is really friendly and cordial. They know their customers by name which is a great asset. The store is well organized, extremely clean and well stocked.
