Your service department is a joke. I called to notify them I needed a windshield gasket that flew off and beat up the side of my vehicle on the interstate. Lindsey proceeded to tell me that Ford still has not issued the recall notification yet, but that I would get a letter in the mail when they did. I got a recall letter 6 months ago. No fix yet? Then you tell me to wait for the letter?!?!? How about ordering the dang thing to replace it??? Only after I told her I wanted it fixed before it rains in the vehicle did she suggest I come by for them to look at it. No thanks, I called a body shop in town and got it taken care of the next day.
Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would.

Hunter and Nickolas were wonderful. Hunter cared for us throughout the process. We originally wanted a Transit Connect, but when it didn’t look like the order would fill, we ordered a full size Transit. Thanks, Hunter. Couldn’t be happier! Nothing but great things to say about the mobile service Arceneaux offers. Drew came out to do my oil change and tire rotation. It was very convenient to not have to go and wait at the dealership to have this done. Drew was very nice, professional, and got everything done in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend!

I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. The salesman was very helpful, but not a pressure seller. I got an amazing deal on a great car and couldn't be happier. I found better deals here than in Houston and was happy to keep my business in Louisiana. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I've always had the best service with Arceneaux Ford. When NO one else could find the problem with my truck, shop Manager knew inside 60 seconds what the exact problem was.
