Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a swim suit that was on sale and ordered the wrong size. I knew it was a no return item after reading the policy, so I reached out to Alex Malay to see if I could purchase a smaller size at the previous sale price. I received a very prompt response with a link to get smaller size and sale price... plus free shipping was included!!! I highly recommend shopping with Alex Malay!

Love, love, love! I am addicted to Alex Malay! I was so thrilled with my first purchase - the lavender unicorn fur coat. So many people have asked me where I bought it from. Why, of course, Alex Malay, baby! The gowns, the pants, the bodysuits, jumpsuits, everything is gorgeous and unique with quality workmanship. The owner is sensational, warm, funny and personable. Beware though - she and her designs are highly addicting.

Alex Malay, in New Iberia, LA, is THE boutique, to hit up, if you are looking for that IT factor item/outfit. Packing big city punch and style, walking into Alex Malay will immediately put a smile on your face and brighten your day. I recently needed a unique birthday gift for someone so I called, placed an order and Alex assured me that the gift would be wrapped, ready and given to the customer next time she was in the shop. Not only did Alex deliver, but the gift was also delivered to the recipient with a glass of bubbly too. From her killer threads, unique handbags and signature make up line...everything is one of a kind. It is a favorite among locals, so do yourself a favor and pop in when passing through Acadiana!
