After I Finnish out my payment on my sofa I'm not dealing with them again. Ca)Ed me yesterday but a late payment. The thing is I wasn't late I payed last Saturday as a walk in customer got the receipt to prove it . What they're doing not documenting it in their computers?

HORRIBLEEEEEEE management in New Iberia!! They called and scheduled my delivery and the day they are supposed to deliver I call them for an update only for a manager to get on and say i had a charge off in 2008. Ok cool I get it but then lied and said they tried calling me. did NOT receive a single call from them. I guess they were just not gonna show up. Put in a call to Corp don't do business with them

Don't do rent to own here if you think that you'll ever have an emergency that will put you short financially. I needed an extension of 4 days and they couldn't do it, after never having missed a payment and always being on time. And let's not forget how rude this "Andrea" person is that works the counter. It's much easier to either take your money elsewhere or pay cash outright so you don't have to continue doing business with these people. Maybe the employees at other stores are a little more professional and forgiving, but my particular store SUCKS.

I just received my washer back from Aaron's in New Iberia Louisiana location. My washer isn't that old it was stopping in the middle of the wash cycle. I called them a month ago and told them. They picked it up and gave me a temporary replacement washer. When I got it back this morning after it been at the shop, It looked terrible, very terrible scratches all on the top tape adesive marks on the top. Oily finger marks on the buttons and lid. It looks nasty like we been having it for years, being abused.

Had one payment left my husband passed away from covid i told them it was his tv they harassed me about one payment manger said he was gonna close the account they then turn around and charge my card anyway with permission worst place ever.

Very disappointed. My mom paid $500 cash for a fireplace (which cost too much to began with) but that's neither here nor there. Today we went in to pay the taxes ( $40) and was told she owes 240 because the 120 day same as cash expired on the ninth of January, but when she called in earlier the sales rep told her she had until February before it expires. The store manager was rude, unkind, and unwilling to do anything about it. Which in my option is Bad business. All because she didn't know which sales associate she spoke with. As if it mattered we called the store, anyone working for the company with access to the account should be able to relay correct information!
