7/20/24 My sisters car was tampered with yesterday resulting in the car security system to go off and shut the car down we tried asking for the security footage to catch the person and they couldn’t help even after calling the cops there wasn’t a person there to work the cameras I have friends that have worked there in the past that say the guy that does the footage is there most of all the time we asked for him yesterday and today and no was able to help they had told us that the car theft has been going on for a some time and yet no one has been caught because there security cameras don’t function if there’s no one there to handle them I’m starting to wonder if it’s a inside job and everyone is just keeping quiet I went there today and told them that my sister wasn’t from Natchitoches and she wanted me to check up on the cameras and if they caught anybody they told me yet again no one was there to operate them and if the police was called that’s all my sister would need for a insurance claim so they wasn’t even worried about the person trying to break into the cars so if I was you I wouldn’t go to that Walmart and it should be the last thing you do unless you want your car tampered with and nothing done about it

The shift yesterday evening was the most inexperienced workers ive ever met..My daughters car was broken into.We went inside and asked to see tge cameras,they said we had to have the police&make a report.So she did but when the police went in they they told him nobody knew how to look back at the cameras.So tell me where was the security guard on duty?Why was no one able to do their job???

7/20/24 WORST EXPERIENCE!! Someone attempted to break into my vehicle. I asked if they could review camera footage and of course they said a police report needed to be done. Police officer went inside to see the footage and he was told that there wasn’t anyone there that could access the footage. Fast forward to 7/21/24 go back to try again and am told that footage cannot be reviewed. There was another customer who was having the same issue with her vehicle being broken into. The officer said this is happening every day at this Walmart location. Nothing is going to change until Walmart releases the footage so the faces of the people doing this can be seen! One star only because I can’t post without a star ?

Cashier Shae was so friendly and helpful when we were shopping on 4th of July. We noticed she really went the extra mile for everyone checking out in her lane. We are grateful for her and the effort she put in to make our shopping experience easy and positive! Thank you for being kind, cheerful, and helpful. We appreciate you!
