So I bought a 2024 Buick envista at another dealership and started having issues. I decided to not take my vehicle for service to the closest dealership just for various reasons. So I called this dealership because I seen that they had great reviews and all and it was a very decent looking place. My review is not for the overall dealership. It is just one person in particular. Brad in service. I presented all of my issues with him about my car and he seemed so happy to help. But after waiting for answers on how to move forward or any information on the issues I presented to him, I received no response back. Just ignored and I don’t understand why. I just needed help with my vehicle. But it’s fine because one other gentleman actually helped me get an appointment set up. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name yet. But I hope this one experience with one person doesn’t change my overall view on the dealership because I want to be able to go somewhere welcoming. That’s what I’m hoping for!

This company doesn't deserve one ⭐they need a new manager talking about they did everything they could to help me why im still walking so again that's a lie so the lemon that vaughnchevrolet sold me is still under warranty so they still need to fix right but they don't care for their customers like they make it seem one question why sell a vehicle that the company doesn't work on could anyone answer that question

-10/10 will never buy from here again. From not telling me my preowned had been involved in a wreck, messing up my paperwork selling me warranties I did not want. If you just got to have a Chevy do yourself a favor and drive to Shreveport.

I recently posted a review about problems that I was having with My vehicle. In less than a year there had been a transmission replaced and problems with the new one. Now, this was not about the staff, but about the parts from the factory. I could not have been treated any better by them. When they became aware of the problems, they went above and beyond to assist Me. They went so far as to apologize for the problems I was having and said they totally understood how and why I was upset. They called Me to see what they could do to help. They are not the ones manufacturing the parts, they are just installing them.
A special thanks to Nicki Tyson, Melvin Flanagan, Brad Stewart, and Cole Weeks for your help and hospitality. Again, this is not on the staff, but the manufacturing company. Why pay for a vehicle I can't use or depend on. Again, thank you to those named and anyone else that I may have missed.

Had my free oil change & tire rotation. I walked next door to eat lunch. Vaughn called, car needed air & chamber filter. Ok. They come get me, I pay & leave. I live 1 hour away. Vaughn calls, they took the chamber filter out, didn't put the new one in. I still have to return to get that done. Inconvenient.

Paul Maher, Cole, and Ben went above and beyond to help us get in a vehicle that's safe for our new and growing family. We are extremely satisfied with the team here at Vaughn Chevrolet Buick and would recommend them to anybody! The process was very expedient. They worked with our budget and truly brought us out of the darkness of a money pit vehicle and into the light of a affordable newer SUV!

Vaughn Chevrolet Buick in Natchitoches is not an honest dealership. I have screenshots and documentation of 7 lies - ("Clean Carfax" - it's actually been wrecked, "Like New!" - Numerous scrapes and a broken mirror, ""62 MPG!" - it's 58 City, 53 Hwy, We'll rotate the tires and provide a spare FOB - they didn't, etc.) And don't get me started on the pricing issues. They had 4 different prices posted for the same car on different FB ads and their website. And they didn't honor the lowest price - which was on their own website.
We were lied to by the salesman Trent, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager, and an unknown person who responded to an online inquiry about pricing.
I have a much longer and more detailed review on FB, and it's set to public, so feel free to check it out under my profile there. The pic below is just one example - they did not rotate the tires, even through they wrote up a ticket saying they did it.
Stay away from this dishonest dealer. They are corrupt from the top down. I can document everything stated in the review. Plus other things which can't be added here due to Google post limitations.
Vaughn got Facebook to delete my longer review with details (they said I doxxed someone, which is not true) but I'll be reposting it soon. Got a quote from the Toyota dealer yesterday and it'll be $1000+ to fix the keyless remote entry that was broken (wiring harness in drivers door and wrong door handle installed) in the "clean Carfax" accident that they did not disclose.
Stay away from this dishonest dealer.

The service here was incredible. Ken was patient with us and ran numbers on multiple vehicles; even called to have a vehicle located at a different dealership be sent over for us to look at and test drive. With the help of Courtney pointing out the perfect vehicle to suit my needs/wants, Ken put us in a brand new Buick. Thankful for this staff and make sure yall go see KEN BELL for your next purchase!
