If you value your vehicle do not take it to jimmy Granger mine had a recall...sounds harmless. The recall called to disconnect a wiring harness . My engine light came on before I got to Dallas because the same wiring harness was rubbing on driveshaft and left me stranded in California. It cost me $2632.00 to fix what Jimmy fixed. They refuse to make it right. A shade tree mechanic stands by his work more than jimmy Granger. JIMMY GRANGER GIVES FORD A BAD NAME

Worst customer service. Made an appointment for an oil change. Never got a call to pick up my vehicle. When I called and spoke to the person I made the appointment with he said he did not talk to me. I said I would take my business somewhere else and his response was OK then he hung up.

Carmen is a friendly, professional, helpful service representative in the service department. My lug lock came up missing, and she ordered me a new one. Since the dealership staff lost it, it was a replacement for no out of pocket cost. Thank you, Carmen!! You're the best!!

Mrs. Delores and Cowboy were very nice. Although I did not get a vehicle I respect cowboys advice. However, I will say there was a gentleman who did not introduce himself who wanted to give his own opinion on what I should do. I went to Jimmy Grangers just to see what I could do, and I’m okay and understand the situation I’m in. But, there was no need for this other gentleman’s opinion when he wasn’t the sales person that I was dealing with. I say all of this to say that the only two people who were very nice were Mrs. Delores and Cowboy. This other gentleman who joined in was… not helping and kind of “annoying” (rude). I can say that overall my experience was nice. If I had the other gentleman who I’m not sure of his name, as my sales person, I probably just would’ve walked out from the beginning.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment a week in advance, on March 9, to have my car serviced on Friday morning, March 15 at 8:15. They didn't even bring it to the back to LOOK AT IT until Monday afternoon, and that was after I called 4 times to remind them about it. Then, I had to call multiple additional times to get them to inform me on my car's condition. By far... the worst place I could have ever decided to bring it in to.
