These folks are top-notch. My beloved 10-year-old Outlander was wobbly and loud. I had no idea what the problem was. They carefully diagnosed the issue (a faulty wheel bearing), ordered the part swiftly, and conducted the repair in record time. They also did not charge me a nickel more than they had to; believe me, the price was totally reasonable. Plus, the guys were just chill people to deal with: friendly, courteous, and professional.

I don't know if they discriminate with black women or what their issues are with women of color but I took my car to them to have the brake pads changed, nothing was wrong with my brake caliber had no preexisting with it. The guy took off the caliber to change the brake pads and broke my brake caliber?. They didn't say anything to me about it when I went to pickup my car and paid for my service. While driving around town was ok until me and my daughter decided to go out of town later that evening as we picked up speed there was a terrible shaking/ vibration with the steering wheel. So we made it to Alexandria and had to take it to the Goodyear over there, and they are the ones told me my caliber was broke. They call the Moore Goodyear here in Natchitoches and spoke to the manager and he told them they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't buy my brake pads from them. But they had to take the brake caliber off to put the brake pads in. Never in my life long as God gives me the breath to breathe will I ever deal with those people again. I had to find someone else to fix what the messed up. They do not guarantee their services to alot of black women. I've spoken to 7 other women who had the same issue with that place. So women beware of getting your car serviced by them especially if you don't purchase their high priced parts

Thank you so much Moore's Tire Service! My husband and I were headed to the LSU game, and notice we had a slow leak in one of our tires on our RV. I called Moore's and they told us to come on, and they could take care of us. When we got there they got right on our RV, and got us back on the road. Thank you again for taking such good care of us.

Very professional technicians. The weight was very short to get my automobile in and they showed me personally exactly what was wrong and needed to be changed. Oh yeah they asked me before they done the work too which was very nice. Thank you for these people they're great professional people I will return again and again.

Wonderful support and treatment from the team. My father and I's car had a tire issue while on a trip to New Orleans. They were able to get the car checked out quickly and charged us nothing when it was discovered that there was no serious problem. Great people!

I have been going to this establishment and the one on upper third in alexandria for a decade or more and on saturday i was having a problem with my driver side rear tire kept going flat. so i bring it to my shop were i go for any tire needs and this older gentleman sent me and my daughter home on a tire with a gash in it and never fixed the tire. the sad part is i am a single mom and i relied on there honesty and to let me drive 30 miles to my home, going 60 miles an hour. Unexcusable. I will just trust the men at the one in Alexandria.LADIES YOU WERE WARNED

Horrible experience with this company! They were paid by my warranty company for a tire change and after Michael gave me permission to drive away he called the sheriff on me!! Lied and said he was never paid. I called my warranty company with the sheriff to confirm he was paid and had to prove he lied in me! Do not use this company!!!

These guys were very nice!! They brought me into the garage and showed me what my car needed before going ahead and working on it. Sadly I travel for work and didn't have time for them to fully fix what was wrong before doing the alignment. I do recommend going here as a young woman on her own!!Service: Wheel alignment
