“Giving a 4 star because they FINALLY approved to cover my child’s medication. The people were always nice but couldn’t seem to get anything done until it moved on up the ladder. Dealt with it for 9 days straight. However they came thru and covered it.4 weeks later couldn’t get the medication we finally got approved bc of the shortage. Another medicine was called in that wasn’t covered- but QUICKLY got covered!! Thanks Kimberly and John!!!”
