I don't like their manager. She has the nastiest attitude for someone who choose customer service as a profession. Evertime I go to the store it's the same thing. Anyone knows how to contact their cooperate office cause I don't feel like I should be discriminated against everytime I go to that particular store.??

This store gets a lot of neiborhood business because of it's location in between two medium size relatively low income areas in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Until today it was my go to store of convenience, due to their reasonably close location and fair pricing. Previously they would accept product coupons, paper and electronic, but today I went in to purchase a pack of Camel Crush Menthol cigarettes with an electronic coupon I received from the company and they refused to accept it. I've previously used similar coupons of the same nature without any problems, but today the clerk told me she was told not to accept said electronic nor paper coupons anymore. Let me add that the electronicly generated coupon specificly directed me to the Family Dollar Store on Texas Street. Not only was I embarrassed in a store full of people after standing in line for an extended length of time because there is always one cashier there every time I've ever been a patron of this establishment, but I was extremely inconvenienced, due to weather conditions and time restraint, was forced to be late for work because I had to go out of my way to a gas station, to purchase my cigarettes. Let me add I will no longer bring my business to this nor any other Family Dollar Store, even if I do have to spend more money and/or time.

Great place to shop..on south drive..its the manager with the smart mouth and attire that makes me uncomfortable shoping.so I visit the one on Texas st. More often it's my favorite
