Got store hours on door for Christmas Eve from 8-10 and it’s 3:30 pm and all lights are on and doors are locked can the businesses ever get it right wonder how they stay in business

It was pouring rain when I finished shopping and an employee (a very kind young woman)was getting off work and she shared her umbrella with me so I didn’t get soaked getting to my car . Everyone has always been very kind In this store , it makes shopping there enjoyable. ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
