I had to have my car towed here today. He saw that I had little or no transmission fluid so he added fluid, put it on the rack and discovered that there was a major leak coming from inside the transmission. I told him I just had it replaced somewhere else 2 months ago so he told me I should have my car towed over there and they should pay for the majority of the repairs. All he charged me for his time was for the 3 bottles of transmission fluid that he had to put in there. Boyett's seems like a reputable company.

Above the honest pricing, is the trust worthiness. He won't sell you something you don't need! I have worked in auto/tire shops where I was expected / demanded to upsell services even if they didn't need them. If it is just low on Freon you wont leave with a new ac condenser!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Had a clogged AC drain in my car that was leaking into my passenger floor board. Nobody in Natchitoches would even look at it to see if they could fix it. I called Boyett’s and Mr. Larry told me they were busy at that moment but to call back later that afternoon and check again. I called back around 2pm and he said to bring it on down. Wasn’t there even 10minutes and they had my car lifted, found the issue, and fixed. VERY nice and helpful men! 10/10 would recommend and will be continuing any service my car needs here.

Super friendly and helpful service!!! I dropped my car off with an unknown problem, Mr. Larry checked it out and explained what was happening, how much it'd be to fix, and whether or not it was a necessary fix for the engine's health. He didn't charge me a thing because it wasn't a huge issue and I chose not to have it further worked on. I will be visiting again for any vehicle problems in the future!

Mr. Boyett and his crew are honest and hard-working. If you get your car to them early in the morning, then they do their best to have it repaired by the day's end. He always calls with an estimate and does only the work you request. We will definitely use Boyett's again and recommend to our friends.
