“Mr. Kelly and his son were a blessing!! I’m from Pensacola and was around the area when my 2018 trucks transfer case went out. From the moment I contacted them to picking up my truck was only 2 days!
They took the time to show me what the problem was and reassured me that I would be back on the road in a couple days. I’ve put over 1000 miles on my truck since then and have no issues.
AT A REASONABLE PRICE as well. Matter of fact I felt like they didn’t charge enough.

“In a rental car on a trip when the tire warming light came on. Budget rental car emergency number wanted us (3 ladies) to change the tire! Ridiculous. Our B&B hostess suggested this locally owned tire service. What outstanding service. Put it in the rack - took tire off and water tested for leaks. Nothing wrong. Aired them all up and we were on our way. Highly recommended for fast and honest service”

“Below’s Automotive was AMAZING!! The owner answered his phone after hours and answered all of the questions I had about my son’s truck. He assured me that he would look at it the next day. After I got off the phone with him, my son’s truck caught on fire (the alternator). So my son ended up calling him and he literally walked him through it all. The next morning I had to have the truck towed to Below’s. He had the truck diagnosed and repairing less than 3 hours!!! He called me and went over everything he had done. Note: I am in one city and my son is in school, in another city. He thoroughly took care of my son and his truck”
“I recently posted a review about problems that I was having with My vehicle. In less than a year there had been a transmission replaced and problems with the new one. Now, this was not about the staff, but about the parts from the factory. I could not have been treated any better by them. When they became aware of the problems, they went above and beyond to assist Me. They went so far as to apologize for the problems I was having and said they totally understood how and why I was upset. They called Me to see what they could do to help. They are not the ones manufacturing the parts, they are just installing them.
A special thanks to Nicki Tyson, Melvin Flanagan, Brad Stewart, and Cole Weeks for your help and hospitality. Again, this is not on the staff, but the manufacturing company. Why pay for a vehicle I can't use or depend on. Again, thank you to those named and anyone else that I may have missed.”

“I am leaving this review because our business storefront lock was not working properly and two of the staff members came out this morning to give us a quote on the cost to fix the issue. It took maybe 15 mins and they had already fixed our problem. They told us the repair was minor and NO CHARGE...believe me I have worked with companies coming out and charging exponential amounts of money just for the service call and quote alone. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the no charge...They earned a 5 star review because they were timely, efficient, and give back what I think has been missing in the service business-Honesty and Integrity and not trying to "get over" just for money.”

“Had an issue with my Jeep that needed to be fixed that day because I was visiting from out of town. Originally they told me it wasn't going to be done until the next day but the mechanic jumped on it and had it done in a matter of 3 hours. I was able to get on the road that evening. Thanks I owe you a drink or something”
“I had to have my car towed here today. He saw that I had little or no transmission fluid so he added fluid, put it on the rack and discovered that there was a major leak coming from inside the transmission. I told him I just had it replaced somewhere else 2 months ago so he told me I should have my car towed over there and they should pay for the majority of the repairs. All he charged me for his time was for the 3 bottles of transmission fluid that he had to put in there. Boyett's seems like a reputable company.”

“Good service and warranty on parts but doesn't take debit or credit card. Very dangerous to carry $400 cash all day. And closes too early, 345pm. Most people work until 5 pm”
“I am beyond thankful for the work that was done to my old truck. A limb fell on it during one of the last storms and busted the windshield, tore up the hood, dented the fender, and made a small dent above the door. Ronnie's fixed all of this and more. I wasn't having the best day when I picked it up and really didn't notice all the work they put in it. When I got home, I really started looking and they went above and beyond to make my 22 year old truck look "new" again. I hate I didn't thank him more. They truly do remarkable work and are super friendly. I would most definitely recommend this auto repair shop. Thank you, again!”
