“This place is for truck drivers mostly. They do sell a lot of gas to smaller vehicles too. The inside of the store is clean, and they have a lot of stuff for you to buy. All kinds of good junk food. They also have a lot of different drinks to choose from. There was a sub shop added on to this store, but it's closed right now. I didn't ask if they was remodeling or anything, so I don't know what's going on with that. This store is in Hammond, right off the interstate at Airport Rd exit.”
“This place always has the cheapest gas and you don't get punished for using a card! The store is well stocked and the owner AND staff are alway friendly! Picture is July 6, 2022”
“Such a fun little place! The deli inside is amazing and all the staff are super friendly and nice! The only downside is the night vibe. Night time at rendes tends to attract an odd crowd and gives off a little bit of an oddball vibe. Not hating though, truly love Rendes for their kind service, friendly smiles, and laid back atmosphere. (Also they have PEACE tea and I can’t find it anywhere else on campus!!)”
“This place is a gem for truckers with more than 30 parking spots, very nice staff, calm place to sleep, nice clean and tidy inside and out, half paved parking lot, cheap diesel, delicious food and coffee, lots of food options inside and near by, restrooms are cleaned with schedule what else a trucker need. Please fellow drivers don’t just always complaint about businesses like this, I’ve been here few times some times I get parking sometimes not. At the end I want to appreciate the truckers as well as the truck stop, thanks guys please keep it up, check the photos”
“I had reserved a shower on my app with my rewards and there was a glitch that double booked it I assume. Anyway I went to my shower and put in the code and there was someone already in there and the maintenance man was extremely nice and understanding and quickly cleaned a shower for me after I showed him my app. That meant a lot to me! This was 1pm on 10/27/22 thank you so much!”

“This is my preferred place for fuel stops. When this place opened, I figured it would be a specialty place with higher gas prices. Instead it has had consistently competitive prices, pumps are rarely broken, and the place stays clean.”
“Parking 10 for 12hours and 15 for 24hours for trucks has clean bathrooms and has parking for 25plus trucks its very close to Walmart dc. The restaurants have good food.”
“I got my oil & filter changed. They checked my other filters, i love their drive thru car wash, & i have gotten new wiper blades. Everything the folks there do is great quality work, they're all friendly, & kind. I recommend this business highly. I prefer to get my inspection stickers there as well. All the staff make it easy & a pleasure to have my automotive needs taken care of.??”
“I am from New Orleans. I visit my family in Hammond! When I tell y'all, EVERY SINGLE time I visit - Miller's Mart is a must. It is hands down some of the best seafood I have had. We love to pick up LIVE during season but we can't always boil. They always come through with great seasoning, good customer service and a line out the door so you know it's good!! 5/5!!”
“This convenient store almost always has the cheapest gas. If not they are only higher by a couple cents. In the 2 years I've been going to the store I can honestly say I've only seen the Icee machine down 2-3 times and it was for less than 48 hours. ( This is a big deal to me lol) Nice staff but could be a little friendlier. I believe this to just be a language difference though. The store is kept very clean, which to me means The owners and employees take pride in their store. And the reason for the missing star and almost two stars is... Guys come on, your at work get off your cell phones. It might not be a big deal in your culture but it is very rude to us southerners.”

“My wife and I stayed at Carter's Plantation this past weekend, in for a wedding. Childers was a fantastic find!!! Had coffee and breakfast there on Saturday and Sunday. Locals place that makes ya feel welcomed. Eggs, Bacon, Grits, Biscuits and Gravy. Perfect!!”

“The day I visited this location to pick up my prescriptions the pharmacy was understaffed and it would be the next day before I could get my prescriptions. Went again on April 5 and things were back to normal. Staff was friendly and assisted me quickly.”
“The gas is a little on the high side at $3.19 a gallon for Regular but, Chevron's gas is better than half the places out there. They offer things that are unique to the area. Definitely worth checking out.”
“I'm not sure the name of the woman who's working right now Feb 18 2020 at 2am but she just gave me hope in the world again. She didnt have to help the person out and really most wouldnt have but it really is a simple thing to make change for someone even when your not a bank . So thank you to her and she deserves a raise!! I mean that on God!”

“The best service I’ve ever gotten in ANY headshop/smoke shop. Emad is the highlight of my night when I get off of work and I walk in and see my buddy and his amazing smile! They are all so friendly and truly treat you like a friend. They have all become friends of mine and I enjoy every moment I get to go see my guys and their selection of things are amazing! 10/10 would recommend! I literally refuse to go anywhere else unless I am out of town lol seriously some of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and they always make me feel so welcome every time I walk through the door and that is an amazing feeling! Also, you have to check out their other store fantastic 22!I frequent those places often but I love the fact that discount tobacco is open 24 seven and I can go and get what I need when I’m getting off of work as a bartender that is hard to find places like this on my schedule so this is so convenient!”
