“There's simply no tire store to co.pare to the top class, friendly, affordable and extremely knowledgeable staff that's been there for as long as I can remember. We have used them since 1994 for everything from old rims to new sets of tires for our Nissan Rouge, and every tire we have purchased in between . If it's round and rubber and rolls, they got it! I forget their names otherthan randy who is a class act it's basically a family 2 generation's and a few friends that between them can tell you anything that is possible about tires and their abilities. And toi top it off, I needed 2 tires(found this out when they were airing up and checking my tires for FREE), and figuring on saving time in the future I said, I might ad well change the front ones too, he said no, "I wouldn't do that, they're almost new" I later found out my wife (just her truck) had been in to get the front changed a while back. I would have never known but jt saved me 200 bucks in tire mounting and balancing fees thanks to their honesty. We will use them as long as they open the doors.”

The guy Cameron was so nice he mentioned I needed new windshield wipers which I had already bought and they were in my back seat and he offered to put them on for me. “I had to leave a review for this place. I am an African American WOMAN and it's hard to trust mechanics and hope they look out for a woman's best interest. I was very skeptical but a family member told me he was a very good mechanic and I'm GLAD I LISTENED to her advice. I met Mr. Mike and gave him a list of different opportunities of what could had been making my car vibrate and what could be wrong, this guy troubleshooted and figured out what the ONE problem that was wrong. He didn't try to act like there were two or three other issues. Not only that, as busy as his shop was he fixed my arm axle in 1 day and I was very thankful and grateful for that??. I had got my car fixed over two months ago and everything is still running great with no issue!!! Also if you order your parts through him it is covered by a warranty?”

“I went to the dealership for a number of issues, one of which was a non-working radio in my wife's Buick Enclave. I had done some research online prior and knew that the amplifier was a common cause of issues in the car, so I was prepared for them to tell me that was the issue. Well, they did, and they also quoted me a really, really high price that didn't feel worth it for the year of the car (2014).I googled and found CNA, gave him a message and he responded promptly. I dropped off the car to him, he did his own analysis, and he found it was indeed likely to be the amplifier and told me the price of the part the dealership was quoting plus his labor. The part direct from them was a bit high, so we worked together and I found a 3rd party supplier of the same part at a much better deal (and he gave me some technical guidance on that) and then arranged for him to change it out. Throughout, he was very honest, upfront, and everything you want in a mechanic.I can guarantee you that my wife and I will be using CNA going forward for all of our mechanic needs! Highly, highly recommend!”
