“Recently, I chose Finch's to do some autobody work for me. They had my car done within 3 days and the work was excellent. The customer service was very professional . I also had them do an oil change and filter replacement. My car was vacuumed and washed. The place I used before for oil change was more expensive and they never vacuumed my car and 1/2 the time didn't even reset my maintenance message. I would highly recommend Finch's for all of your car needs!”

“I went to the dealership for a number of issues, one of which was a non-working radio in my wife's Buick Enclave. I had done some research online prior and knew that the amplifier was a common cause of issues in the car, so I was prepared for them to tell me that was the issue. Well, they did, and they also quoted me a really, really high price that didn't feel worth it for the year of the car (2014).I googled and found CNA, gave him a message and he responded promptly. I dropped off the car to him, he did his own analysis, and he found it was indeed likely to be the amplifier and told me the price of the part the dealership was quoting plus his labor. The part direct from them was a bit high, so we worked together and I found a 3rd party supplier of the same part at a much better deal (and he gave me some technical guidance on that) and then arranged for him to change it out. Throughout, he was very honest, upfront, and everything you want in a mechanic.I can guarantee you that my wife and I will be using CNA going forward for all of our mechanic needs! Highly, highly recommend!”
“I had to leave a review for this place. I am an African American WOMAN and it's hard to trust mechanics and hope they look out for a woman's best interest. I was very skeptical but a family member told me he was a very good mechanic and I'm GLAD I LISTENED to her advice. I met Mr. Mike and gave him a list of different opportunities of what could had been making my car vibrate and what could be wrong, this guy troubleshooted and figured out what the ONE problem that was wrong. He didn't try to act like there were two or three other issues. Not only that, as busy as his shop was he fixed my arm axle in 1 day and I was very thankful and grateful for that??. I had got my car fixed over two months ago and everything is still running great with no issue!!! Also if you order your parts through him it is covered by a warranty?”

I've also called him a couple of times needing something quickly done and he's told me to stop by and given me quotes, even though he had to stop what he was doing.
