The epitome of a true car sales dealership right here! Beyond crooked, deceitful, dishonest, double dealing. Fraudulent, misleading, dealership I have ever had the NON pleasure of dealing with. I would not give them a dollar for a part I needed for any of my Chevy vehicles, much less purchase a car/truck from this low life dealership. If you are looking to be scammed, then you have come to the right place. If you are looking for any other dealership to work with, go somewhere else. I only gave one star because there is not a negative star option. I am beyond words livid, I did not realize that there were businesses that were this deceitful still in existence! I assure you this kind of deceit, has nothing to do with a pandemic, and everything to do with the people that work/run this dealership. We always talk about all the kindness of people in LA that we always encounter. I am in shock that this kind of deceitfulness exist, thank you Barbera for the reminder of the ugliness that exist in our world today, very sad be sure you ask for Chad if you are in fact looking for the most Crooked, deceptive, dishonest, double dealing, fraudulent, misleading, car salesman in LA!

When I say my dealings with Barbera Chevrolet in Napoleonville, Louisiana would warrant seven stars out of five, it is NO exaggeration! I dealt with Katie and Chad. Each was most accommodating to my every need. I knew what I was looking for, they had it, and worked with me to make the deal a reality. This dealership is a full four-hour drive from where I live, I found the vehicle through CarGurus (it was already rated as below market value). Katie and Chad made a deal I be foolish to refuse. I am certain I will use this dealership in the future. I had taken care of financing on my end. Chad found a financing option with a better rate than that which I had procured. When I got to the dealership, I made a bee-line to my 2018 4Runner and checked it out thoroughly. Katie came with me for the test drive through the quaint, picturesque streets of Napoleonville, telling me of some of the town's history, we went back to Barbera's signed papers and I was on my way! Fantastic dealership!
