Went bring my 85 year old day to the ER for throwing up told them he fell and hit his head the DR didn’t even come in the room told us at the door he had a stomach virus felt like we were treated like dogs got him home and still throwing up will never go there again they took test and the were dischargeing him without telling us the results that place is a big joke

Went in for covid, looked in my mouth said im good to go and not dehydrated. Terrible. I had to then go somewhere else to get an IV. I couldn’t understand the nurse either.

If I could not give any stars I would! I went to the ER on a Monday night due to severe migraines that I had 3 weeks straight. I was given 2 shots cause the first one didn’t work. I was not informed of the side effects, had to find that out on my own. I returned to the hospital again on Thursday cause the pain was still there. Both times was with Dr. Tosh. I lied about my symptoms the second time around just to get quick response testing for the flu and COVID-19. Dr. Tosh was very rude and made it seem like I was only back to get another narcotic shot when in actuality I didn’t want another shot! On top of his rudeness they contacted my insurance company and told them I tested positive for covid before my results had even come back. Worse experience ever, and if I could single handedly shut this hospital and ER down, I definitely would! If you can travel to a different hospital, do so. Do not go here!

This is in regards to emergency room Dr. Kenneth Hoppens. Dr.Hoppens has 0 bedside manner. I went in for a panic attack before I self harmed because my medication wasn't filled and I also had a busted lip. He worried about my previous self harm scars and my current medication list instead of what I was there for. He treated me like an ER hopper looking for narcotics when I just wanted a shot not a prescription to calm me. This was after he also seen all of my surgical scars. This is also the doctor who sent me home the night I tried to overdose and end my life. He needs to be removed from emergency medicine.

I went into the emergency room with my father last week at night at Assumption Community Hospital in Napoleonville. I would just like to brag on the registration clerk Misty. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the door that was a first considering we have been there hundreds of times. During registration she explained everything we signed even if we had done it before she was polite and cheerful. An when I explained we rushed out of the house and I was unable to grab my fathers insurance card she simply said she could use his DOB and name it was no big deal. An throughout the 45 minutes ER stay she asks us numerous times if we needed anything. My sister and I watched her she did this with everyone she came in contact with. She was pleasant,kind and informative.
