I sit on hold for about 15-20 minutes anytime I need to call them, and the customer service is very poor.

Been trying for a week and a half to get my prescriptions transferred to Kroger and they keep telling me they are waiting on Kroger and Kroger tells me they are waiting on them!! I don't understand! I am always put on hold for ever and they answer and reput me on hold over and over again!

Cierra provided amazing customer service. She was enthusiastic to help me find the items I was looking for and she greeted me when I came in and thanked me as I left.

Picked up some meds. On a Saturday, I wouldn't Recommend it they are very, very slow now during the week they are a lot quicker.

Switched to Walgreens because i thought they had more professionalism than my last. Boy was I wrong. I’m just a number to them and could care less if they make a mistake. Definitely going back to Walmart pharmacy. This place is a joke.

The Pharmacy does not even deserve one star after what I witness with my sister getting her prescription filled, which took 3.5 hours to actually get it into her hands. Come to find out, her prescription shows “date filled” as 6/13 and wouldn’t even give it to her when she tried to pick it up at 10 am today “6/17”she was told it would be ready along with her other prescription in 30 min.. it was 1:20 pm when she got it.I just can’t believe how rude and slow this cashier was. She had no uniform and no name tag and would not look at us when we asked her for her name.Ridiculous!!!!!

Went to pick up friend medicine and she ask name and told me how much. Then the next car in line pulled up on other side and they talked 30 minutes on her order and never got mine. She never even came on to tell me anything. So after they carried on for 30 minutes I left. So guess what I will transfer the medicine somewhere else. I'm done with Walgreens on Mossbluff

Rudest employees ever in the pharmacy show up 1 hr after was quoted would be ready told it wasn't ready and asked why I was quoted 330 its 430 the answer I was given "Do you think that you are the only customer " I said no but you have been given over 4 hours to fill 1 prescription. So we have to promise and sign to only fill with 1 pharmacy and have to hold our side of the contract and we just have to take whatever they give

Rude behavior!!!!!! I understand the pharmacy now closes at 6 but you don’t close the drive thru window in someone’s face who was first in line WAITING before 6. You don’t tell everyone to get out of a restaurant if there already there! It should be the same concept. Unfortunately I needed that medication today and have been fighting my insurance to approve it for days. Don’t IGNORE and obviously shut it in someone’s face. Do better.
