NO service is really bad!!! It is next to impossible to reach the Moss Bluff branch or any other branch by phone! Absolutely unacceptable!! Never have I encountered such poor customer service

Would give zero if I could. Went in to open an account. Told I could either open on online or make an appointment next week with a banker! Only one "personal banker"! Not very personal! Don't waste your time here. Obviously don't need the business.
