I gave the guy the address and he said he was on the way took about 30 minutes and still didn't show I called and he said he couldn't find it so he wasn't gonna keep trying and hung up. If you can't find something use GPS stupid.

I'm ONLY giving them a 1 because I can't give them a 0. They deserve negative stars & should pay you to deal with them. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely disrespectful. They DON'T show up. $20 and a week later and I had to walk and use other taxi company's to get my baby and I to our destination. I would NEVER RECOMMEND OR DEAL with them again. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Worst front for a "taxi" company I've ever seen in any state or city I've ever lived in or visited.
