If I could but zero stars I would.
This place is the worst & messiest
The workers are even worse. Not to mention the manager. They all speak to customers lower than a dog but can’t just answer a simple question when asked? A simple general question.
Those people shouldn’t be allowed a job anywheres & I pray people treat them like that or worse for the rest of their lives

Clutter clutter clutter, everywhere. Could not find what I was looking for. What is with all that stuff on the floor. The floor is the customers space, not a waste bin.

The store in Morgan City has a lot of issues. Only one cashier with a line to the back of the store is totally unacceptable. Something needs to be done. I was online and when one customer was checking out for at 5 mins I left without purchasing anything and headed to Dollar General to get same items for $1.00 I stead of $1.25.

The managers and employees are rude and unprofessional. The store has trash everywhere and is cluttered with trash, stuff, and boxes filled with random stuff.

I normally love all dollar tree stores but this one particular there's one lady there and everytime I go in she looks so angry and very rude. Today was the last straw for me. There was one cashier at first with a very long line then finally the angry looking lady came to open another register. I stood in line for 40 minutes. Now I have Fibromyalgia, Cervicalgia, Neuropathic and Degenerative disc disease so standing that long had me in pain. As I get to register finally, the lady had to restart her register which at first I was ok because I understand things happen I had done put all my stuff on register because after that long wait and in pain I was ready to get out and get home, well another 15 minutes went by and the cashier left and went with the angry lady to do balloons while just ignoring me and not letting me know if the register is coming along well and at this point I didn't have patience anymore because she comes back and says you gonna have to load your stuff back in buggy and go to other register, I felt the flames bc I had a buggy full and I was in pain. And she didn't even offer to help. I said this is ridiculous and her rude self said well I don't know what to tell you. I had to literally bite my tongue while throwing my stuff in buggy. I sure hope that yall will address y'all workers because I am surely considering going above. I know allot of people that goes there and I will make sure they know about today bc I would hate for anyone especially a elderly person to get treated poorly.

This location in Morgan City was my favorite. But the last 3 times I have been there, the place is not only a giant mess but a hazard to your personal safety. There was merchandise all over the floor, boxes, carts and racks blocking you from shopping, stacked up on the floor, on the shelves, everywhere. Also, shelves were leaning against other shelves and merchandise. The employees are all on their phones. I tried to ask an employee for help, but they had their phone in their hand, ear buds in their ear and talking to someone on the phone. When I went check out, the cashier was also on her phone talking to someone on speaker and video. Didnt even greet me. Since the store is an utter disaster, you would think they would be busy trying to restock and straighten up. They also are speaking loudly amongst themselves bad mouthing and gossiping about other employees. Including the manager. Not a good look. This store literally gave me anxiety yesterday and I won’t be going back.
