I love Dollar ? Trees?in general because of the fantastic price ($1) on most things (some items are less than $1) and their selection of products is also pretty good at most larger locations (this one in particular is NOT one of those locations, though). This location runs out of items and it can be Weeks to MONTHS (even YEARS in some cases) for a Restock (if at all). This particular Store ? is fairly clean and often not overcrowded (probably because of the 'Negatives' I've outlined above) but Customer Service sways back and forth between Good (not Very Good or Excellent) and Dismal. Employees DO NOT offer assistance to lost/confused customers and some Employees even complain consistently about wayward Children? in this Store ? location (going as far as to complain about Children? who've JUST ENTERED THE STORE WITH ADULTS BEFORE THEY BECOME WAYWARD!). The problem of Product Shrinkage (items coming in smaller sizes/quantities [for items packaged in multiples) is prevalent at ALL Dollar ? Tree? locations and is readily apparent at this location. What I found to be somewhat effective to combat such atrocities is to NOT buy items that you notice have been shrunken in size/quantity until its original size/quantity has been restored. I've done this on multiple items and it's worked. ?[UPDATE] Things have gotten worse, now that the ? price hike (explosion? better suits it) has taken place! Now, it's no longer Dollar? Tree? but "Dollar? forest" (Dollar? Plus➕"officially") because NOTHING is $1 anymore! Things now cost anywhere between $1.25 & $20.00!! The stores are trying to morph into Family? Dollar??General now. Plus, due to the morphing I just mentioned, everything has been rearranged for a more confusing experience for all! Isn't THAT a swift kick in the nads?! ?

I went to this location at the beginning of the year and it was clean & well kept. Today the store smelled like it was closed up with moisture in all this heat. A box of candy I purchased told the whole story and my knifes packaging did too.

Very nice store, especially since my Thibodaux store was wiped out by hurricane Ida. They were very busy, but still had a good stock.
