This place used to be pretty good with customer service and whatnot, but lately I've been hearing about the pharmacy not exactly being easy to deal with along with my own personal experience.
I had gotten prescribed medicines and got told my insurance didn't cover them supposedly, so I had to do without them because I couldn't afford it at the time. Then recently for 2 of my son's prescriptions have been pricey as well and I had no idea why until I got a hold of my insurance's pharmaceutical department. They basically told me my medicines haven't been processed through the insurance since last December and at that point I decided to get my medications filled elsewhere. These people made me spend my last little bit of money that I didn't have to spend if the medicines were processed properly. This month is a rough month for me financially on top of it all. I feel like the pharmacy should be noticing things like that and informing the customers of this type of situation. Especially when it's a customer who's been there for years.

This location DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, EVER, NEVER NEVER. It is like they don't exist. My prescriptions were transferred there when my local pharmacy closed. I have been trying for days to reach them, they never answer the phone. Stayed on hold for over 20 minutes numerous times. No one answers the phone in the store or pharmacy. The pharmacy I am moving to can't get the prescriptions transferred because they don't answer their phone for them either. Horrible horrible horrible store. I had to call the CVS Corporate office to get a resolution. They were able to help. I hope they talk to the management.

The tech that hands meds through the window is the rudest thing walking on 2 feet. She is not knowledgeable about her job, and talks to you rude as rude can be.

Tried calling for 2 days waited on hold for 20 plus minutes each time for no one to ever answer. Drove over and there wasn't a single customer. I guess they just don't answer the phone.
