We decided to go order in store,bc the last chicken tenders we ordered were old. So we go order ,notice that the tenders in the tray( maybe just covering the bottom) that the cashier said was there since 2:30 we were there 4 is. We order $ 80 worth of food so we would have fresh tenders,we was assured ,almost to much, that they were fresh, got home ,live maybe 3 blocks started serving and wow the tenders, you could hold them in your hand with your fist closed and barely fill they were warm. So I'm guessing as we sat at the table to wait for our food which took 8 minutes according to the cook, they had put the old tenders in the box and seeing the tray was full of fresh tenders, bc the cook didn't fry 24 tenders to fill my box and the tray in less than 8 minutes. After being commended on the best chicken tenders in south Louisiana on TV, they now have the worst next to Popeyes. We use to recommend the tenders ,we will not anymore. After calling and voicing how we felt about what they did to a paying customer we will not be ordering food again. This was bad service. I had to give 1 star to post.

It’s actually less than one star. Customer service is AWFUL. You can show a receipt & they still won’t allow you to simply exchange anything. Two days ago I bought tobacco products that were STALE and they wouldn’t exchange smh. Just awful.

was filling out a app bc I was waiting for the cook to get back.i asked the cashier a question then the cook walked in.i handed the other cashier the app and was talking to her about what I asked thebother cashier.the cashier that I asked starting yelling and saying she's gonna mop the floor with me....and then I asked the cook if she was cooking more and if she could cook me some n it was a nasty No.now 8 was told to lea e it alone bc one of the cashier is tryin to get me a job there but that cashier with the blackish hair and freckles has a nasty attitude.i asked what her name was and they refuse to tell me.i was in there at 8a.m this morning.if it hurts my chances on getting a jo. there then so be it.

Today i encountered bad coustomer service... About 12:30 the cashier was horriable.. She needs to be fired.. 5 people walked out due to her bad service and attitude.. I ask to speak to a manager or get the manager. She told me no and i have to wait until monday.. She said she is not calling anyone... Time to fire her.. Sge has a nasty nasty problem..
