Two separate occasions I've gone to this store, and the employee has been extremely rude for no reason what so ever. I am local to this area, and I will not be returning to this store for that reason. This is the first negative review I have left on any type of person or business, so that should be an indicator that I'm not someone who typically does this. I went out of my way to leave this review because of how rude the employees were on those two seperate occasions. I even attempted to contact the manager respectfully about this issue, to which the manager did not attempt to help and I was refused the managers contact information from the employee. I will be contacting a manager on a higher level due to this issue. I can understand if someone is having a rough day and may not be overly friendly to a customer, however when a customer has not said or done anything rude to an employee, yet gets talked to in front of other customers in a rude and disrespectful manner, that employee does not deserve a job.

I don’t know where to start. I don’t want to be rude so I’ll keep it short and say this I live less than a minute from this location and I drive to the other one. Because the manager does not train the employees at this location.

horrible restroom with paper towels everywhere and the smell was so bad I could barely stand it. Great location, not well managed.
