Owners stated they would have our truck ready by 6:00; however, the technician had to leave to go to urgent care. We weren’t expecting the job to be finished- we received a call and another tech stayed over 1 1/2 hours on a Friday to have the job finished. Great customer service!!!

I really like going to Chabills. They are very friendly and helpful with no matter what is wrong. They go out of there way to fix and make things right. Very friendly staff and will continue to go there

They were very helpful. They came and jump-started my vehicle and I drove over to the shop and checked out everything and found it was electrical. They sent me to a garage that specializes in electrical problems. Again very helpful, honest and professional!!

I dealt with Heather while having metal valve stems installed on (6) 5th wheel tires. This world needs more of those like Heather. Absolutely incredible work ethic and customer service. The guys in the shop were awesome as well. We are from out of town and it’s rare to see this level of customer service !!!

Never in my life have I heard of a company who make there customers feel that little I had work done on my husbands car and while paying there employees was telling off a old lady who was asking for help with getting a credit card FOR THERE Business. Wont be going back i rather buy my tires from Walmart and get work done out my back yard. You should be ashamed of yourself

Very unprofessional!!!!!!
Did not care to help me at all just wanted to get their hourly wages without my small inconvenience to them!!!!!
They do not care about quality customer service
I change my front ends parts, everything!!
Arms, tie rods, sway bar, hubs , struts, also new tires the whole 9 yards
I called them to do an alignment and they said ok bring it in
Did so, and the lady at the front desk said let me have a tech look at it
He says the front tires were too cambered meaning they had I tilt which they did. Also ask if the struts were slotted to adjust that problem and I said no, said I had to buy a kit to fix it.
Went to the front desk and there was no such kit so they couldn’t help me
I changed the struts 2 months prior to any other part so that was not the issue because it did not tilt my tires or camber them
I took a strong line and wrapped it around all four tires done a quick alignment to get it close and the tilt (camber) came out
Long story short they get paid by the hour and did not care to help me at all just send me out having no care for me or assisting me at all….
