I’ve gotta be honest, I’m a black woman and I didn’t realize that this shop at the time I went was possibly a scam, issue with staff or could be something else ( I won’t put out there without actual proof). I first found this shop because of oil change and other minor things. The work seemed to be done and no one was rude just appeared to be busy. Now Warren and his manager were doing good to keep customer service great, but Warren’s girlfriend something was off about her, to be in the front as a representative of his business, she NEVER spoke I thought was strange. Sometimes I would come in and she would stare directly at me and not say a word and then grab the dog and sit in the chair. She would hold conversation with other men coming in (white) and listen maybe they all know each other but it felt awkward. I gave more business because I sent my brother to the shop he needed a chip for his Grand Marquis which they claim was $600. I overlooked her and the reason I faithfully stopped coming was I paid $600 for an oil leak, and when I got home oil was leaking all over the carport. When I returned, I was told it can be another leak? huh, like what that’s what you were paid for. Look at the prices, see the pattern. Then the last time my door wasn’t closing all the way and they charged me $80 to fix and when I got up there to get my car the door was the same, they claim the door needed a screw and obviously nothing was done. I had so much evidence to take them to court and so much money I contributed before this, I said my GOD will prevail I want him to take care of this (Believe Me), because it’s not about the money it’s the disrespect of you receiving what you asked for and I should get the same.

This place here does really good work. Just be preparedIf you go here, they are slow. Like being without a vehicle for a couple days. When i know for sure there are 2..3 other shops in town who usually finish the same day if you get there in the morning

I recently had to move out of state and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive from Monroe, La to Florida since my car is 15 years old and definitely needed some work. They fixed my a/c, replaced the horn, replaced the battery, replaced all 4 tires and did a routine service. The work was done fast and price was very reasonable. Rick was so kind and made sure to let me know that I would soon need a few more things replaced once I got to Florida. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend this shop if you're in the Monroe area.

My experience was fantastic. They were honest, polite, positive, and communicative. My vehicle was evaluated and serviced quickly. There was complete transparency with pricing. They even fixed an issue that I briefly mentioned without being asked. I would 100% recommend Warren's Auto Repair. I will definitely be returning for all of my vehicle needs.

Wow, these guys are wonderful. I came in to get my tires changed from winter to summer, to find that my summer tires were too worn out to put on. While they gave me the option to purchase new tires, they didn't push me or get annoyed when I told them I needed to think about it . They were extremely friendly, polite and understanding. Once I can afford my new tires, I will certainly be coming back! Thank you all so much.

I've used Warren's for many years and wouldn't trust any other. They're honest, friendly, they listen, and they are not high pressure. They tell you what's wrong and give an accurate cost estimate. They stand behind their work. I've never been dissatisfied.
