Stopped here today after having issues at CVS and Walgreens trying to get ear drops for my son. To my surprise, the ladies working today were helpful and nice and took care of me quickly with a smile. Walmart has a bad rep for employee behavior which is why I don’t want to go if I can help it but I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks again ladies

No one will answer the phone. I simply need to speak to someone in the photo lab, and there is no number that I can find that someone will answer the phone. Its so simple and would be a 90 second conversation but no one in the store will answer a phone. It’s infuriating.

I received both Moderna Covid19 vaccinations from the Walmart Pharmacy on Louisville Ave in Monroe LA. They have no record of my first vaccine which I received on March 5, 2021 only the second dose on April 15, 2021. No amount of being switched back and forth on the telephone or waiting for a Pharmacy Assistant to address this issue has this mystery been solved. This is quite alarming since they are supposed to report these vaccinations to the Dept of Health. I attempted to link my vaccinations to the LA Wallet app and after searching records it cannot verify I had the vaccines at all. I have been trying to get to the bottom of this for days with no luck whatsoever.UPDATE: I was able to get my vaccination information from the Dept of Health and added to my LA Wallet app which is a legal driver's license and ID and now has proof of vaccine legally recognized anywhere. This app is free for all Louisianians at the moment. I still have not received an explanation from Walmart.

They apparently don't my know how to answer a phone. Spent over an hour calling each department when all I needed was the tire center and NO ANSWER!!! Piss poor service, nobody can speak up I have to ask them to repeat themselves or talk louder every time I go there for any reason. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I just left Walmart Supercenter in Monroe,la . I stopped by the toys to speak to a fellow Ouachita Parish High School graduate. An employee pushing a buggy came by and said she need to get by. I moved my buggy into the aisle and she said tthat is where I neef to go. Before I could get out of her way she rammed me breaking 2 of my nails and smashing my fingers. One of my fingers is still red after almost an hour and still hurts. No apology or excuse me offered even by her supervisor. I will never go back that store ever! Amazon has everthing they have for less and they deliver !
