I like coming here for my used parts. Most of the time I can find what I need. Might not be the exact color but will do. So far I have gotten fair deals on my parts. However, the "membership" card you get seems to be a scam. Since I purchased it I haven't been asked about it when I check out. They just 'knock off some money' as they are ready to go, so I was told. What good is a membership if it's not utilized? $20 down the drain.

I purchased a vehicle from here about a week ago for $1000 and the vehicle ran when i was allowed to test drive it the man only allowed me to drive on the side street right onside the building which the guy Landon advised me had a lot of pot holes OK now the vehicle is a standard shift so with that being said I couldn't really put my foot on the gas and see what the vehicle do when I pick up speed or switch gears because I couldn't go to fast OK so I purchased the vehicle drove it around front && the car started smoking and been sitten there every since gas leaking real bad and they telling me they can only give me $375 back they are very bad at working with customers they are not there to help this has been the worst day of my life I have 3 kids and really needed transportation

I would recommend UAPI to anyone. They've hired new staff (it's been a while). And everybody seems pretty friendly and helpful. Process are very reasonable!

What can I say? It's a workinf man's heaven for car parts! Good pricing. Great staff. Great facilities and support! It's my go to for parts that would otherwise make flipping an occasional car or truck not financially viable. If you haven't tried it do so, it's an interesting experience the first time and easy on the Ole pocketbook.!

I came in 1/29/24. And bought 4 very good rims and tires. I had a flat on my car when I went to put on my car the rim didn’t fit. They told me no refund or exchanges on tires which I knew and could sell them. But I had a flat and just spent 100 dollars. I found one that would work and told them I could borrow some money to pay for it but I had a flat. We decided that I would leave 2tires for collateral and get them when I came back. When I came back my tires were gone. They they weren’t responsible even though they had them as collateral. I paid for 4 tires and only got 3. 2 very good tires we’re gone. This is not good business.
