Eric and Lisa Vige took customer service a step beyond today helping Chance out. Weather interruptions didn’t stop Eric from opening up his home owned business, Twin City Tires ,this morning. Chance had a flat that needed repaired today so he could be in Shreveport Monday. Eric opened up his shop as soon as it could be done safely and repaired his tire. That’s hometown service for you. Looking forward to buying a new car ,I stopped by a Car Town lot. I saw a car there I might be interested in and began to look it over. A salesman ( I assume, he never introduced himself) walked up. I began to explain my car shopping experiences and how pricing of automobiles had gone up so much. The price of this car was above my initial cash budget however, for the right car, I might have gone up. Instead of trying to sell me on the car and explain to me why the car was even worth that much, he seemed more worried about how I would meet his price. Clearly he wasn't interested in selling a car at all. For as I told him I would pay cash but, not today, and asked if I could drive the car, he seemed to be hung up on the difference of the price. To which I replied, " that's ok. I don't need to look at your car anymore". Thanks for single handedly ruining what could have been a very pleasant buying experience. Thanks for taking all the fun out of it.

I called about 2 replacement tires. Had a pair on my car that were bald and one had a screw in it. Whoever answered phones at about 2pm yesterday might need to work on some frustration. Telling people that you would have to order a size "that stupid" (225/40/18) is well...stupid at best. I'd just assume blow a tire in front of your shop and use your lot to put the spare on so I can go somewhere else.

Car town west Monroe is great went looking for a z71 and they had what I wanted and give me a great trade in on my other truck and the sales guy was awesome I will recommend anyone to go there to get a great deal and great service
