Promised a one month free trial and immediately afterwards charged my card with 0 authorization. Then later lied to & denied refund by 3 different employees on 3 separate occasions. All the manager did was ducked and dodged.

When the car wash first opened, it was great! Really cleaned my car well. Now, it’s awful! This is the second time I’ve brought my car to the Monroe location within a month and it’s terrible. Truly even worse the second time because of the streaks it left. West Monroe’s is wayyy better but too far from my residence.

I like Tommy's Express over the other automatic car washes. Even though there is no place to get out and scrub the front of your car before you drive through.

Great wash and very large area to vacuum/clean your car. Every little while you see them adding more features in the wash and you can't beat the strength of those vacuums. Only "complaint" is there are so few in town so you have to live near enough to one to make the subscription worth it

I've been using their free month of washes, and I don't know what wax they use but it sucks. Water barely even beads if at all. It also left several deep scratches

Despite the fact that it says spot free it left white spots all over my car. The vacuum cleaner had weak suction. Had to move my car to two different bays to find a good vacuum cleaner The nozzle at the vacuum cleaner would not fit deep into the crevices where the dirt was between the seat and the side door

Employees lack knowledge. Never had an issue with the app. They didn’t attempt to fix it either. Ended up leaving and not getting my vehicle washed. Plus super long line and wait.
