Went to turn in phones and closed at 11am…WTH Did have a sign on the door that said temporary hours (12-6) but WHY. If I could give 0 I would. I really wish I would have thought about it before upgrading, I would have switched companies. Never thought I’d be saying this but I miss Sprint ?

Customer representative has zero knowledge about trade in. She said it can not be traded in. But other than that mobile shop said I can trade in.Please do some homework before joining t mobile and ask who got some knowledge. And she is asking about my driving license. I visited another t mobile and AT&T shop. No one asked me for driving license to check and let me know the deal.Very unprofessional client representative.

I have t mobile. However I went into gv and was asking the would not even speak about ït after asking me where I lived . They're coverage doesn't work in my area. So my husband and daughter went o one afternoon go phone serving shopping. Ok, they ended up at the same t mobile except they did not ask. They jus continued on and sold my kids yes husband a kid .sold them I phone s magneta and I received THe free phone. But no matter HOW GOOD OR BAD the phone. Still WE GET NO COVERAGE !!! OK BEEN Almost 9 months they come out with a special online on the app my daughter went to get it added which she can she is on account. And in store won't help her due to special is a online special well t mobile is t mobile either way. At least I think so.

The worker was very rude no help at all and it was getting close to closing time about 1hr and she ackted like getting out of there was more important than helping a customer.

Very Horrible and unprofessional customer service and their device didn’t work for us at all after they ensured us we were in a great service area.We called to return the device and cancel the service only to be told we couldn’t cancel until the first 30 days was up. Even though they we’re offering a 2 week’s free trial.Even after returning the device they still charged us $50.00 drafting this from my bank without an approval saying we have to pay the first month before we could cancel. We have went through about 10 Reps and still don’t have this settled.I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.?
