“Unable to visit the store due to severe foot pain, I called multiple stores in search of the one shoe I know I can wear without discomfort. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get assistance—many stores either refused to check inventory or simply told me to come in—I reached out to Fleet Feet. Brylee answered my call and spent over 20 minutes assisting me. She patiently listened to my concerns, understood my specific needs, and offered knowledgeable suggestions. Her expertise in product fit, comfort, and availability was exceptional. She also recommended that I come in for a foot scan to ensure I found the correct size.
