These guys have all kinds of parts and everything I need for HVAC. I have been very happy using this company for all my parts needs. The staff is knowledgeable and has always steered me in the right direction when I need a special part obtained for a repair.

Really needs to be no stars. I ordered a circuit board for my furnace in my house for about $200. Paid for next day delivery. Received a tracking label in an email that said my order had shipped. At 12:30pm the day my circuit board was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying my order was cancelled. I called to ask why and was told "one of our other stores needed some of our inventory." So apparently, even though I had already bought and paid for a board that had ALREADY been shipped, they cancelled and gave it to someone else. The worst kind of service imaginable. Now my wife, my 4 yr old, and I will have no heat on a night that's going to get down to 21°. The least you could have done was call and tell me that you are giving it to someone else so I could start looking for another store before 5pm and have to go another night huddled around space heaters. Buyer beware.

Proffesional people. Run capacitor on my central air system shorted out. I took in the bad capacitor and within 15 seconds a new matching capacitor was in front of me.

Just had a terrible experience with the folks at the Monroe Air 1 Supply,ordered a part that they claim had been thoroughly researched even though it had no numbers or names like the original part, then charged more than I could have bought on line, and the part does not work, blower is doing the same as with old part, and guess what, no return policy
