The. Entire staff at the Monroe Sleep Number store were patient, respectful, attentive, and informed. They made our upgrade process fantastic!! So grateful we made the decision to check in for the upgrade!

Store was easy to get to just off the Monroe Mall service road, so we didn't have to drive through mall parking and walk into the mall to get to the store. Bradley (sleep expert) was cordial and helpful. No other customers were in the store at the time . We were able to try out the different bed styles and Bradley helped us make our choice by answering our questions succinctly. One frustration with Sleep Number policy (and others, like diamonds for example) of putting an outlandishly high price on their "menu" and then giving customer "drastic" reduction of 20,30 and even 50%. Based on my previous purchase of sleep number queen sized beds I had an idea of a price and with all the discounts, etc. we arrived close to that number. We agreed to the purchase, Bradley took care of our payment, set up the app on my and my wife's phone and aggranged the delivery date (one week from purchase). The two men that delivered the bed notified us when they left the shop (1.5 hours out) and the link included in their text enabled me to see their progress so that I was out front showing them where to park as they drove up. They were expeditious with removing our old California King and box springs, installed the new I8 split king and took time showing me how to use the app and the remote. When they left the room was pristine with only a new bed where the old one was. Good experience all the way. Other than the ridiculous high menu price and comment, "oh you won't pay near that much", this was a completely satisfying buying experience.

I could "ONLY" share my experience at Sleep Number, because I have to wait for the delivery of the mattress. Our experience at Sleep Number Store with Brad was excellent; we give him 5-stars for his "Appearance, Pleasant Tone, Knowledge of each mattress, Professional as well as Friendly and True People Skills (not talk as a salesman).

DONT BUY the 360 smart bed with the flex fit 2 adjustable base. This base cannot be returned but the store manager will tell you that the company will take it back which is a LIE! The store manager will lie to you in order to make a sale. And after he's made the sale he won't return your calls or do anything to help you..We bought the split king size and the two twin mattresses never really matched up evenly and technicians came out twice to change out parts and this bed is not worth the money that you'll be spending on it. The sleep IQ technology is highly inaccurate and when they tell you on the responsive air that it's quiet... it is not unless you're a heavy sleeper because it will inflate and deflate as you sleep through the night.I would avoid the Monroe location altogether because all you're going to get is lies.Apparently it's good with the owner to have a store manager who will lie just to make a sale and that's ethical , right??!!! Doesn't matter if the base is bad for scoliosis and that it harms the customer and the store manager said I would not have a problem returning it right?? LIE

We had a rewarding experience at your store in Monroe, LA. Your sleep expert, Bradley Moore, worked closely with us throughout the process even though both my husband and I went through a bout of illness after our initial contact. He kept in touch until we were able to finalize the sale.

Had a vet pleasant experience at the Monroe, Louisiana location. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Was not pushy and answered all our questions. We purchased a bed and headboard and can’t wait for their arrival.

The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and even more helpful. My wife and I could not ask for better service. Buying a sleep number bed was a big decision for us financially, but we were tired of waking up with back pain and not sleeping well. We can not wait until we get our new bed delivered. The only downside is the delivery time of nearly a month, but if we get better sleep and along with no back pain it will be worth it. Especially with out first baby just 2 months away! When our bed is delivered I will give a review..
