This is ALWAYS my go to for shoes!!! I’m hitting the sale section in the back left corner as soon as I walk in. I’ve literally bought 6 pairs of shoes own sale for $60 before. They always have great sales going on and have any kind or brand of shoe you may be looking for.

When buying shoe’s there’s only one shoe in the box and yes I get it people steal but when you go to the back to get the other shoe, you should be responsible for checking to make sure you are giving people the correct size and not giving them two right foot shoes. I received two right foot shoes, as well as a size 8 and a size 6 very unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to check right after you when you said you checked at the register to confirm that they were right. We came to this mall while my daughter had a softball tournament. I live way in Texas and this is unacceptable.If you’re not able to fix this or give me my money back then I will gladly report you all to corporate.

Was shopping around with my son. Found his slippers then decided to look for shoes for myself. A man comes and lays his arm on a shelf, crosses his legs, and just starts watching me. Literally so prejudice and disrespectful of him. Put away the shoe I was trying. Looked the man in his eyes and told my son how we weren’t getting his shoes from there. Walked out thinking how they don’t deserve business. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

refusing to respond to my emails at customer service regarding tracking details for my boots that was ordered in store bc they did not have my size no verification email was sent to me nobody is responding to me it's been several days now where are my shoes

Usually buy our shoes here but this time they gave me a pair that had stickers with size 7 but one was clearly like a 10 and they all follow trying to get you to buy shoes and you have to keep telling them your just looking right now.
