“Oh how I love Penske! We we're moving out of state and Penske actually wasn't the company we originally booked with. Penske offers something that companies like uhaul and budget don't offer. Penske actually reserves a truck for you. When you book with those other companies and you think your truck is reserved it's actually not, they are only reserving the price you booked and come moving day if they don't have a truck you thought you reserved well your s.o.l. luckily for us my gut told me to call and make sure this truck was reserved and that's when I learned that I only had the price reserved. That's definitely not something someone wants to have to deal with when planning a huge move. So after some research I found out Penske not only reserves the price but the truck as well. All in all my experience with Penske was A+!!! The staff at the pick-up location was super amazing!”

They really are affordable for the amenities they provide - a gated area with gate codes, easy online booking and pay, and cameras everywhere. I felt safe leaving my stuff there, and the owner answered his phone every time! Definitely going to continue using their service.”

Because, You Can't See In The Dark, as she say... She Always Thanks you for your business...That means alot... Other than that... “So far pretty good storage place, it was fairly easy to get into the site as they did provide a code after confirmation and it was trash and glass throughout the driveway while I looked for my unit but it was pretty decent hopefully a safe place to store my belongings.”

“I have rented storage from the spare room two times. Both times, the ladies in the office have been very helpful, accommodating and eager to please. I can't say enough how pleasant it was to work with this company.
The easy access to pay bills online is very helpful. We had rented one of the climate control units. The buildings, the storage room and the hallways were always kept very clean.
If and when I need use of a storage facility, I will come back to the spare room again! One other benefit is excellent location!”
