We were on a trip and got a chip in the windshield. Went on line and found this location that was along our route. Called the 888 number and got an appointment set up very easily. They took our insurance information and we were all set. When we drove up, ahead of our scheduled appointment, they promptly greeted us and took care of the chip. We were in and out in about 15 minutes and back on our trip. Excellent service. Convenient location right off of 1-20 and easy access back on.

There is no local number to talk to someone. I called the number 3 times and all 3 times I wasn’t able to talk to a real person and all 3 times I got hung up on without a resolution to my phone call. Also they are super $$$

Had a warranty issue for trim pieces on my windshield. Dropped by one day for them to see and they made me an appointment for next day! Got text message updates to confirm everything! Got to shop at appointment time and was pulled right in and job completed in just a few minutes! Very satisfied!

The guy at the shop was just so nice and polite. I couldn't have went to a better shop for my windshield replacement. He did an excellent job, and I will be referring everyone I know! They're the best and if ypu have any questions, they'll be more than happy to answer them. Just a great place to get your auto glass needs met.
