Scott at Ryan Honda was simply amazing to deal with. He answered all the questions that come up when you’re in the market for a new car. He took steps to make sure that all of the settings in the menu system on the car were right.

Sierra went above and beyond to ensure I was riding away in something that I wanted. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and friendly, I enjoyed working with everyone from each department. I was on vacation in Louisiana and there wasn't an Acura dealer close by so I took it to the Honda dealer. My entire network went down and I called and found out this is a known issue for both Honda and Acura vehicles. Honda looked at my car after waiting 2.5 hours. Then they said they couldn't do anything since it was an electrical issue. They didn't help me and referred me to the nearest Acura dealer 94 miles away. They knew it was an electrical issue up front but made me wait 2.5 hours anyway.

I was able to have my running boards removed. I had to stretch over the running boards to get out of my car and almost lost my balance each time. I think a shorter person may be able to use these.

Receptions clerks were nice . Booked an appointment for 8 am, called around 11:30 to be told my vehicle has not been started on yet and they put a random pickup time for 3pm which I did not say that was the time I needed to pick the vehicle up . Guy stated that he would put me next in time after having to call . 40 min service took over 4 hours to get my vehicle back .
