Attempted to return a Christmas gift but they refused because it was 2 days after their "30 day" return policy. Snobby service and smelly store!

LAME, OVERPRICED, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY!!!!. I went to EXCHANGE for a different size but they refused because the BRAND NEW shirt was missing a tag (likely because it was given as a gift and price tag was removed) The shirt was BRAND NEW AND NEVER WORN. The attempt to exchange was well within the return window. I spent approximately $800 just on this one sale receipt, yet the business wasn't willing to exchange one shirt for a larger size simply because it didn't have the price tag attached! The business would not have lost any money with an exchange, but now they lost a good customer and get a bad review. I will be ordering the same brands online and REI rather than deal with this wanna-be premium retail/boutique. And by the way, their other location in Mississippi is even worse.

I tried to return a jacket I had less than 24 hours and I paid cash and had my receipt. And they wouldn't take it back. I will never shop at this store again. I hope this crooked store goes out of business......

Bought a pair of Kuhl pants for my son a few months back. They didn’t fit. Misplaced the receipt & brought them back a week later to exchange for the same pants, larger size. Nope, not without a receipt. Even showed the debit from my account. Nada. Asked if a supervisor (or owner) could at least call me about it. Never got a call. I’m passionate about buying local, but never again here.

The sales are great. But the customer service isn't. The owner walked around and greeted everyone and thanked everyone for coming except for me. We made eye contact, and even after I clearly purchased multiplied things, it seemed like he wanted me to leave. I'm thinking it's because I'm a person of color. Did not feel welcome at all in this place at all.

I just bought this jacket from river outfitters sidewalk sale! It was zipped on the hanger so the huge hole and ink was not seen! The “store manager “ is refusing to exchange it because sale is final.. I'm not asking for my money back or a different product! I want the same jacket! It's defective.... it's not me saying it doesn't fit or I don't want it! Then the manager walked outside talking loudly to another employee laughing about it!

The absolute worst place to shop. You should count yourself lucky if you happen to find an employee in the store, but rest assured that that employee will not speak to you or even acknowledge that you have walked into the store. God forbid you need help with something or to purchase the items you were able to find on your own because it will be the highest inconvenience for the employee to actually need to ring you up. In addition to the WORST customer service known to man kind, the whole store literally smells like a turd. We have been in multiple times in the hopes that maybe we just caught them on an off day, but that has not been the case. I am all for shopping small and supporting local businesses, but this place does not deserve one penny.
