Terrible customer service and even worse customer and patient care. Under the current management which is not the same as it was a few years ago. They simply don't care. We changed our mom from using their company. Please get your medical supplies from other DME supply companies and pay close attention to their policies and whether or not they deliver medical supplies to your loved ones. This company didn't do any of the necessary DME supply deliveries for our Mom and many other elderly patients. Since they didn't care to take of our Mom and their other patients, WE don't dare keep giving them our business when there are other medical supply companies in and around the area that does!

They aren't perfect, but they take the responsibility seriously. They will work with you to ensure timely delivery of HIV medication. I've noticed they don't always have non-HIV medications in stock.

I'm forever having to call and get them to check on refills, and no two people up there ever say the same thing. Currently, I've spent all morning and part of the afternoon, trying without success to get through to a human being at Reliant.
