I will never forget the terrible experience I had with this company many moons ago. I got a quote for replacing a windshield over the phone. There was no mention of insurance during the call. When the work was done they wanted to file it on my insurance I thought no problem. Then they told me I had to pay the deductible which was higher than the original quote. When I disagreed with the bill, they told me they were keeping my car with a mechanic's lien until I paid the amount they were demanding. They ended up being paid 3X the original quote after insurance paid.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called Cindy and Lawson They said Hm come on over .I went right over to there place in Monroe They were very friendly joking around talking with me treating me like family. Best price for a windshield in Quachita Parrish period. took about 30 minutes and they were done. I had a brand new windshield. Y'all go see Port City Glass. Professional people. This place is terrible. They didn’t repair my daughters windshield correctly, so it started leaking and mold was in her car on 2 different occasions. She has taken it to them to fix twice and they just try and seal it and the 2nd time they sealed it again and you can see the sealant. It looks terrible. We requested our money back and she got rude with us. She wouldn’t look in her files to show how much we paid and told us we have to bring our receipt. I told her I would wait until she found the receipt and to discuss with her brother. She told me to get out, because I wasn’t waiting in front of her. I told her I would just wait here and she called the police. I did tell her I would get an attorney. She proceeded to say that’s fine and I will have my attorney. The officers were very nice and advised us how to handle this situation. We will be getting an attorney to deal with the rude lady(Cindy). Please don’t use this company and let your friends know about what they put my daughter thru and how terrible the work is. They don’t even deserve 1 star in the rating.Services: Auto windshield repair
