Went in to have an iPad fixed that didn’t have sound. He had it fixed super quick and at a very reasonable price!! I NEVER write reviews but this business deserves recognition. I absolutely recommend them for your repairs. Very professional

Quickly done, price wasn't bad either. Compared to AT&T WHO ONLY WANTS TO CHARGE A FORTUNE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IT, AND Samsung wants you to drive hours to a repair facility that is nowhere near close and spend massive money to send it to them, for them to repair or replace at a massive rate. I question why do we enter into contracts for phones and service when they use AI to keep from having to deal with customer issues. On The Geaux is the best thing that your service provider used to do without all the excuses. Definitely need to put this place on speed dial for repairs.

I’ve used On the Geaux for several jobs for our business. From screen protectors on our devices, to Dji drone repairs. Justin is a stand up guy personally and I’ve valued our friendship we have made also.

I paid for the replacement of the OEM internal screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 device. After waiting for them to order in the OEM screen protector, they informed me that they could not get the OEM part and asked if a 3rd party part would be OK. They could have asked me when they found out that they could not order the OEM part, but they waited until I returned to get the service done, resulting in additional wait time for the alternate part to arrive.
Once the part arrived, there was communication issues to coordinate a time for me to return to get the service done, which added more time to the service. When they actually did the service, the first attempt they tried to return to me with many large air bubbles under the screen protector. When I told them that this was unacceptable, they tried again. The second attempt was better, but still had many air bubbles under the screen protector. They had no more parts and the original OEM screen protector was no longer usable, so I had to accept the service as is.
Fast forward a few months, and the screen protector on the front of my phone is peeling. This was a 3rd party part that I installed myself, so I ordered a replacement. As I replaced the screen protector, I discover that On The Geaux has installed the front screen protector that came with their non-OEM internal screen protector ON TOP OF THE EXISTING SCREEN PROTECTOR. It was this poor quality screen protector that was peeling, but due to the adhesive used on this poor quality screen protector it has pulled up the original screen protector that I had installed, necessitating that I continue with the replacement. If I had never taken my phone to On The Geaux, then I would not have had to spend additional money to replace a perfectly fine front screen protector - nor had to get an actual quality internal screen protector installed to recover from the On The Geaux installation.
Response to Owner's Reply (short due to limits):
"told you straight up that we cannot get OEM parts"
This is the opposite of what we discussed on my initial visit, or why would there be a need for two wait periods for parts?

The original visit had an install date that coincided with me travelling for 3 days, so we moved the date from the end of the week to the following week. I showed up on that date expecting an install but instead was told at that time that you could not obtain OEM parts. At that time, you could not provide a date for the part to arrive. I called multiple times, but no one would answer my call.
"Also, it looks like you’re making a complaint about the screen protector peeling off, but as you stated in your own review, it’s the screen protector you installed yourself. Not the ones that we installed."
You installed this 3rd party screen protector over my existing screen protector - a second layer. Your screen protector was a soft layer of plastic that bubbled on the top side through less than a year of use. In removing that protector, it cracked the tempered glass screen protector that I initially installed.
Keep in mind that the original request was only for the internal screen protector - at no time did I request the front screen protector to be replaced or added to.

This would be correct, I had the repair done in Houston while visiting family.

As in when I asked for it to be fixed both the first and second time you had bubbles under the screen protector, and you told me the second time that there were no parts and "it is what it is"?

Justin was awesome and so very helpful. I can’t recommend him enough cause he helped my wife with all her questions and transferred her data, helped with passwords etc. please if you need any kind of repair done , visit him, you’ll be very glad you did. Awesome and friendly person and so very knowledgeable

This place is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful..also very patient. I am not the most tech savvy client and Justin was very kind and took the time to insure my phone would be working to my expectations. Highly recommend!

We love this phone repair shop. We have been here multiple times in the last due to our phone cracking or shattered screens and dopping them in the toilet. Everytime they have not only fixed them but usually we get the phone back the next day or day after. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place for any technological problems. Justin had the part my phone needed overnighted, and as soon as he knew the part wouldn't be in by the time we expected, he offered a solution for me to keep me up and running. Incredibly skilled, amicable, and prompt.

All of a sudden, I couldn’t turn my phone off and it kept blipping out to the home screen. I had no idea what to do. I went to On the Geaux Repair and in minutes they had it fixed. They know what they’re doing and they’re very nice doing it!
