Had the absolute worst experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to tell the employee multiple times not to add a design to my daughter’s nails. She did anyways and then attempted to charge me for it. I came in for a refill and they came out looking terrible, but that’s what I get for going anywhere else besides Signature. The only reason why I ever went was for eyebrow waxing by Ravi. Would still recommend him for eyebrow waxing but NO ONE ELSE! Especially the lady who likes to wax off your entire eyebrows and put a temporary tint on them to cover it up.

I would give 1 star if I could. Took my grandmother here this weekend and it was SO crowded, there was absolutely no organization whatsoever and it was clear that people were just waiting around. The lady who did my grandmas toes was Lan, she was SO rough that I had to stop her multiple times to let her know that my grandma was in pain. She asked us at least 8 times if we wanted the deluxe pedicure and each time I told her we just wanted the basic. Every time we said we didn't want deluxe she would act like she couldn't understand what we were saying. It was very clear to me that had I not been there she would've just charged my grandma for the 60 dollar deluxe pedicure any ways. After my grandma picked her color she told ME to go fetch the color. This really confused me because it is a COMMON courtesy where I'm from that nail techs go and grab the color for the client. I was shocked when she asked me to go and do it. Another common courtesy is for them to put your shoes / socks back on. LAN quickly finished my grandmothers toes then told me to put her shoes and socks on while walking away. We will never be back, that's for sure but since I'm not from here it made me really sad to think that this company is benefiting from the fact that there aren't a lot of other nail shops around and in then treating customers like garbage. Don't go here and instead force them to do better.

I asked the wax woman to wash her hands before she waxed my lip and she was so outstandingly rude. The wax room was unkempt and tacky

My daughter's nails look HORRIBLE. She came in on 11/20/22 to treat herself for her birthday. She got Vicky, who she loves and has done a great job in the past, and was excited even though she knew Vicky would cost more. Just as Vicky was preparing to paint the chosen design, another nail tech in the salon came over and started painting my daughter's nails. She basically took Vicky's client from her. That might would have been okay if she had known what she was doing and had an ounce of artistic talent. My daughter was so upset to have wasted $70+ and over the whole situation. I would come in to complain but doubt it would any good. I mean if customer ratings at 3 stars and below between FB, Google and Yelp hasn't made your business better, then me complaining to you won't make a difference.

Absolutely HATE the look of my nails. They should be CLOSED DOWN!! Horrible business, horrible service, horrible management! The people that work at this shop are VERY and I mean VERY ungrateful, they don’t care about their customers at all! The man who did my nails which is “ Ty” is very rude, unprofessional, and ungrateful! After he finished my nails I absolutely hated the look, so the manager redid them and “Ty” was upset at the fact I didn’t like his work and started to be disrespectful towards me! I told Ty he has missed out on his tip for being soo disrespectful, his response was “ I don’t want your tip, keep your Tip, I don’t need it” so I advise any and everyone not to give these people your money, it’s not worth it, I really hope they close down soon. I will be spreading this information, I feel like people need to know how unprofessional they are and no longer should be in business. On another note, the gel DON’T LAST AT ALL!! My Gel stated pilling 2 days after getting them done. Bad business, pls don’t waste your time nor money with those ungrateful people.

I went in for a fill in on my finger nails and two repairs, as well as a polish change on my toe nails! I was charged $80! This is robbery! I spoke with the owner who charged me the amount and I told her I wouldn’t be back. I also told her I’d give her bad reviews online n she didn’t care! I see why because I’m wondering how the shop is still open looking at these reviews! Never again! Go somewhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of!Services: Acrylic nails

I had a fill with 2 nail repairs and my toe nails polished. I was charged $80! No pedicure or manicure whatsoever in the services I received today. I have a problem when business owners take advantage of me! I will no longer frequent this nail shop and you shouldn't either! It was the shop owner who charged me and smart a$$ responded to do this! Don't go to the mall to get your nails done because the owner will rob you!

I went to this salon (i've been there before and been happy with the results) and I was hoping to get a manicure and pedicure for my upcoming Winter Formal. When I went in they were so so busy so they rushed me to a chair and we're not super understanding with what I wanted because of the lack of English they had. I told them I wanted a light purple polish on toes and something similar to the "hailey bieber" nails on my hands and as you can see in the picture, they're nothing like the hailey bieber nails though I showed a picture clearly showing what I wanted. After saying I wanted a polish on my toes the man said "you get gel manicure and pedicure" though I didn't want gel on my toes they did not make it known to me that they had 1.) deleted the option of getting any type of "polish" only gel, dip, acrylic, etc and 2.) they're "gel manicure" was $59 which I did not previously realize. My toes were ok once finished but my finger nails were nothing like i wanted, all they did was a white gel manicure (which was $37!) and add what they call "chrome" which was another $5 add on and has already rubbed off. The nails are very messy and within 6hours have bubbles and cracks. I used to be pleased with their work but they now just try and get you out as soon as they can but also overcharge for their services.

I really like my nails and I was very worried from these reviews I read ... The nail tech was good fast and did exactly what I wanted. So I just wanted to leave them a good review I didn't see any of the problems others have posted.
