If I could take my one star back I would. This place is SO HORRIBLE at their work. It looks nice inside but noone except Paula can do designs. Tony is so so horrible and his attitude is bad. He doesn't seem to want people of color in his establishment. I was only coming because they will rush to get you in a chair but I understand now that is only because they need all the services they can get because of the horrible work.. Tony got very upset because I asked his wife Paula to do my designs. I knew he couldn't do it but he insisted and I told him I didn't like it. Well the pictures says enough. Them he refused to do them over after I said I didn't like them. I will NEVER spend my money here again.

I would give this place 0 stars. I had the supposed owner Tony do my nails and they look terrible! Also I had 2 nails come off within 3 days of them being done!! I called them and the lady told me Tony would be back call back in one hour so I waited and when I called back he tried to tell me that there were new owners and that I had the wrong number!! Not to mention the nails being crooked I will never get my nails done here! They are scammers!!!DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE WORK AT A HUGE PRICE !!!!!!

All they focus on is applying polish over a half done job. They do not take pride in customers if you aren't a regular! Nice ppl only bc they know they are not good at what they are doing!

When I go here the owner is so rude rude rude rude he do not speak, he brushes you off! he talks to you any kind of way! They always are rough with my toes and my nails they are not good anymore no one in there is good!!

Horrible experience…I had a bad experience last time but Paula told me that Mary was good and I wouldn’t be disappointed and boy was I, not only was she not able to fulfill my request but my lines are not straight…. All together I am just very disappointed because Paula always does my eyebrows and I love them. But my nails… NEVER AGAIN

Charged $60.00 for gel. Powder left all over cuticles, terribly rough edges and sheer spots. I’m still trying to file into any shape possible to have them the same shape.

I've been coming to this place for a long time I came here yesterday sat for 3 hrs for them to not even do mine and my friends feet correctly ..they messed my feet up and halfway did hers then started getting rude In Spanish..I do not recommend this place . Do not let Angela or Joanna do your feet they are rude and will roll their eyes at u but won't speak englush.anybody who's paying the prices they have we should get what we pay for or at least better service from those to employees ..the other ladies are very nice.the owners do nothing about it either I will not be going back and do not ever let either of those two emoyees do your feet or nails..worst experience ever at a nail shop

I went in for a broken nail. The lady was very rude and told me I should go back to where I got them done. She never looked at the nail or color to help to repair it. Wouldn't recommend them at all!!

Stopped here today cause I was on a time crunch and was reminded why I stopped coming! The man that’s in there is HORRIBLE!! He wants to rush and doesn’t have a clue what he is doing. This is why nobody is ever here. My nails look terrible and the only thing good was my pedicure and that’s because the Hispanic lady did it.I was so mad about my nails I didn’t even allow them to polish them because I was so ready to go. No good will come to this place because of how that man treats people. They have that big huge place, junk everywhere, all that acrylic colored powder and don’t know how to use it, about 60 pedicure chairs, 45 nail stations and they MAY see 30 people in a weeks time! Sad!
Do not waste your time going there esp if you’re of a melanin color!

Something is up with this place. The woman who did my pedicure was really sweet, but it was not worth $50. I had to walk her through what to do; it was probably the language barrier as she does not understand English very well, and I do not speak Spanish. Still, I’ve had better gel polish and pedicure results for less. It’s not about the money, but the quality is lacking. The owners apparently give orders all day, but they do not speak Spanish, the language of the lovely ladies doing the actual work. I don’t fault the lovely workers, I blame the owners. Again, something is not right. 2/10, I do not recommend this place.

They will half do your nails/toes and will not care...just over charge u! They charge to take off gel but as u can see it's still on there under the paint!
